Job summary

The role involves supervising dormitory activities, coordinating visits to counselors, maintaining records, and supporting career development services within the center. Experience with Job Corps or similar programs is preferred and some overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum of one year Job Corps or related program experience required.
• Valid in-State Driver’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to students to maintain positive attitudes and behavior in dorms.
• Direct students and assist in dormitory operations and safety.
• Prepare daily operations reports and maintain student files.
• Enter student case notes in the center information system and support career development services.
