Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. seeks a Dorm Supervisor to lead an evening residential team and oversee dorm operations at our Job Corps site. You will mentor staff, manage scheduling, and support student retention and success through close collaboration with counselors.

The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and program adherence, with a focus on developing leadership among staff and building strong relationships with students and the local community.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required (AA preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Job Corps or similar residential youth program
• Valid in-state driver's license preferred
• Strong leadership, time-management and delegation skills, with clear communication and cross-department collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train and motivate evening residential staff
• Provide individualized student support and partner with counselors to boost retention
• Ensure dorm operations, security, cleanliness and inventory during evening hours
• Handle shift scheduling, evaluations and performance management
• Build community links with local officials to expand student opportunities
