Job summary

You will oversee residential staff, coordinate coverage, evaluate performance, and ensure compliance with time and safety requirements. A high school diploma is required, with a preferred AA degree and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate of Arts Degree from an accredited school preferred.
• A minimum of one-year Job Corps or related program experience required.
• A valid in-State Driver’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide students in the dormitory with a safe, clean and structured living environment to support student retention, satisfaction, achievement and success.
• Oversee daily management of the dorm area and address student and staff issues with discretion.
• Supervise and manage residential staff and coordinate staff coverage across shifts.
• Hire recommendations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions for Residential staff.

Education
