Job summary

Carvana in Eugene, Oregon is seeking Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to support customers and drive happiness in the car-buying process.

The role features shift options from 7am–5pm, 9am–7pm, or 11am–9pm, with weekend work and rotating days off. Starting pay is $20/hr with merit increases and a potential path to higher earnings through performance programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to obtain Notary within 90 days of employment.
• Able to satisfy state DMV/title access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with the hauler after training.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the vehicle for safe driving.
• Complete customer paperwork and update the customer tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per policy.
