Job summary

Carvana is seeking enthusiastic Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to join our growing team in the United States. You will help reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process and support customers from delivery through post-purchase interactions.

Shifts run 11am–9pm, with a seven-day week schedule and rotating days off. Starting pay is $20/hr with performance-based increases up to $22/hr, plus opportunities for ongoing earnings growth and comprehensive

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles onto haulers; inspect for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and update tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record.
