Carvana is seeking enthusiastic Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to join our team and help deliver happiness in the car-buying process. You will represent Carvana in customer interactions, with a focus on service excellence and reliability.

Shifts run 7am–5pm, 9am–7pm, or 11am–9pm, with seven days per week and rotating days off. Starting pay is $18 per hour, with potential increases to $20+ through performance-based programs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors and support on-hauler operations.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain notes in system.
• Drive safely with a clean driving record and comply with policy.
