Job summary

Astound is hiring for an outside sales role in the Greater Boston, MA area. You will start with a $39,900 base salary and have the opportunity to earn an uncapped commission, with total on-target earnings up to $89,000 per year.

Join a dynamic team representing a leading telecommunications provider. The role focuses on door-to-door residential sales, driving revenue in a fast-paced, field-based environment with strong emphasis on prospecting and customer relationship building.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales or marketing a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in field-based environment.
• Self-starter with time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned territory.
• Identify and sell appropriate products and services to meet customer needs.
• Engage in technical discussions with potential customers through demonstrations.
• Execute the sales strategy to increase sales within territories.
• Prepare sales information for customers and distribute marketing material.
• Participate in special sale events and promotional activities.
• Stay updated on product/service changes and industry developments.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales quotas.
• Maintain relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Travel to events and customer sites as required.
• Support other duties as assigned by leadership.
