Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential field sales in selected markets. You will engage residents and property managers, present service options, and convert leads into sign-ups with uncapped commission potential.

The role offers a base salary plus commissions, with opportunities to exceed six figures for top performers. A reliable vehicle and willingness to work outdoors are required. Training starts in December with flexible start dates.
