Astound is seeking a dynamic direct sales representative to drive residential customer sign-ups. The role involves in-field, door-to-door engagement and presenting service options to residents, property managers, and referrals.

Base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000 with uncapped commissions, offering substantial upside for high performers and total compensation potentially exceeding six figures.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face and door-to-door selling environment.
• Excellent communications, relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, autonomous and driven to exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through in-person visits.
• Follow up on leads and appointments and convert to sign-ups.
• Present service options, provide quotes and sign-up orders.
• Report sales statistics to management and stay informed on market activity.
