Job summary

Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential services, with uncapped commissions and a base salary. You will generate new customer accounts through in-person outreach in residential settings and work across assigned territories to build sales momentum and drive revenue.

Training starts in December with a flexible start date in late November or early December. Base salary ranges and commissions offer significant earning potential, with total on-target earnings up to $90,000+,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in direct sales or field sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through face-to-face interactions at residences and property management groups.
• Pursue leads daily and build sales momentum for the New Year.
• Explain service options, provide quotes, and sign-up orders.
• Manage territory and stay informed about market competition.
