Job summary

Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential, door-to-door outreach in the United States. You will build relationships, sign up new customers, and drive revenue through uncapped commissions alongside a base salary.

Training starts in late November/December with an emphasis on rapid field entry and territory development. Base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000 with commissions that can push total earnings well beyond six figures for top performers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and, in many markets, a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to work outdoors in residential settings and on field-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interactions with residents, property management groups, and referrals.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily and expand territory presence.
• Understand unique elements of assigned properties within the portfolio and communicate solutions.
• Distribute marketing material and support campaigns to build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contract language, service levels, and obligations with customers.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics accurately to management.
• Stay up to date with competitor activities in your market.
