Job summary

Astound is hiring for a Direct Sales Representative in residential settings. You will engage residents in door-to-door selling, pursue leads, and explain service options to sign up new customers. Base pay plus uncapped commissions drives potential earnings in a performance-focused environment.

Base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000 with commissions; total earnings can exceed six figures depending on market, effort, and performance. Training starts in December across multiple cities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• You are sales-quota driven.
• Must have reliable transportation and some markets require a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, and obligations.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics to management.
• Stay up to date with competitive market activities.
