Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential door-to-door roles in multiple markets, including Boston and Cambridge. You will build relationships with residents, property managers, and referrals to drive service sign-ups.

The base pay ranges from $32,000 to $40,000 with uncapped commissions and bonuses, offering the potential to exceed six figures based on performance. Training starts soon, with December sessions and November/December start options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
