Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential door-to-door sales in various U.S. markets. You will obtain new customers through face-to-face interactions, drive field-based outreach, and pursue leads daily to build a strong customer base and brand presence.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and the potential to exceed six figures based on performance. Training and on-site support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face and door-to-door sales experience.
• Ability to work outdoors and in field-based environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new residential customers through face-to-face interactions with residents and property managers.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily to grow customer base.
• Understand and explain properties, service levels, contracts and obligations.
• Distribute marketing materials and support campaigns to build brand awareness.
• Report sales statistics accurately to management and attend mandatory sales meetings.
• Stay informed about competitor activity in the market.
