Astound is seeking a dynamic sales professional for door-to-door residential outside sales in the Greater Maryland area. You’ll start with a base salary of $38,778.69 and can earn uncapped commissions, with total earnings potential up to $95,000.

In this field-based role, you’ll meet residents, manage leads, present services, and sign up orders while reporting results to management. This full-time position includes robust training and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in residential settings through face-to-face engagement.
• Pursue leads provided daily and sign-up service orders.
• Present quotes and close service agreements with residents.
• Visit properties to understand needs and explain offerings.
• Attend sales meetings and report metrics to management.
• Uphold Astound brand through professional conduct in the field.
