Astound is seeking a door-to-door residential outside sales professional to cover the Greater Maryland area. You will operate in the field, meeting residents and property managers to discuss service needs, present quotes, and sign up new customers, leveraging strong communication to close deals.

You’ll start with a base salary of $38,778.69 annually plus uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings up to $95,000.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Drives to meet and exceed sales targets in a field-based role.

Responsibilities
