Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking a DOOH Business Development Manager to lead partnerships, monetization strategies, and revenue growth across venue-based and retail media ecosystems.

You will evaluate opportunities, structure agreements, and work with cross-functional teams to scale a growing network portfolio. A strong track record in strategic partnerships and advertising tech is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, advertising technology, media, retail media networks, or DOOH.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen evaluating investment opportunities and partnership economics.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with Legal, Finance, Product, Operations and Commercial teams.
• Experience turning market opportunities into commercialization and revenue optimization.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage strategic partnerships with media owners, venue operators, and retail media networks.
• Structure and negotiate commercial agreements and investment opportunities.
• Evaluate network deployment opportunities via financial analysis and market assessment.
• Develop monetization strategies for long-term revenue growth and scalable expansion.
• Monitor partnership performance and revenue delivery across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product, Operations and Commercial teams throughout the lifecycle.
