Job summary

Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a friendly Donation Door Attendant at our Lehigh Acres location to greet donors, receive and record donations, and help sort merchandise.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a full-time, hourly position with the organization’s standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused front-line service experience.
• Experience in retail or stock handling is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items safely and repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors warmly and record, sort, and process donations.
• Provide friendly customer service while representing Goodwill.
• Assist with processing, cleaning, and preparing merchandise.
• Maintain clean, organized donation and work areas; follow safety requirements.
