Goodwill Southwest Florida in Port Charlotte, FL seeks a Donation Door Attendant to greet donors, process donations, and maintain a clean, safe donation area. You will handle receipts and sorting per guidelines, while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 40 pounds regularly and occasional team-lift up to 100 pounds. A flexible schedule is available with full-time/part-time/hourly options at $15.00 per hour.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Experience with donation processes or retail handling preferred.
• Comfort with lifting and sorting donated items.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Greet donors with friendly service and provide receipts.
• Receive donations and record them per guidelines.
• Evaluate donations and communicate acceptance decisions.
• Maintain clean and safe donation area in and out of doors.
• Sort and place donations following Track Method and labeling guidelines.
• Load/unload storage trailers and remove unsafe pallets.
