Job summary

YWCA Madison is seeking a Development Operations Manager to lead donor systems, gift processing, and data integrity across individual giving, major gifts, and stewardship. You will collaborate with Finance, Grants and Compliance, Marketing and Communications, and senior leadership to ensure fundraising operations run smoothly.

The role focuses on donor engagement, reporting, and operational infrastructure to support fundraising programs and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, donor relations, major gifts, stewardship, or related field.
• Experience building and maintaining donor relationships, portfolio management, and fundraising projects.
• Experience with a CRM and partnering with Finance on gift processing and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate donor records and CRM management; run donor reports.
• Draft and refresh acknowledgment templates; manage donor recognition and giving circle processes.
• Develop and execute cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies.
