Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a part-time Customer Service - Donor Support Technician in Raleigh, NC. You will prepare donors and equipment, monitor pheresis procedures, and ensure accurate data entry and donor care in a fast-paced plasma center environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three months of related experience. Cross-training may occur to support operations and safety standards are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three months’ work experience, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the donor, donor area, and equipment for the pheresis process.
• Prepare the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
• Monitor the donor and the pheresis process and respond to alarms or signals.
• Disconnect the donor when the process is complete.
• Record incidents and donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
• Link equipment and soft goods used in thepheresis process to the donor record.
• Alert supervisor of donor flow issues.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and ensure supplies are available.
• Follow HSE and OSHA policies and procedures.
