Dahl Consulting is partnering with a nonprofit organization to recruit a Customer Service Support Coordinator in Minneapolis. The role focuses on donor relations, gift processing, and high-quality service across phone, email, mail, and online channels in a busy year-end period.

You will maintain donor records, assist with charitable gifts, and collaborate with teams to improve donor experience while ensuring data accuracy in CRM systems.

Formación

• Strong customer service mindset with positive donor experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive donor interactions with compassion.
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM and donor databases, preferably Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for donor and customer inquiries via multiple channels.
• Provide professional, compassionate service while resolving questions.
• Assist with donation processing and record maintenance.
• Update donor data in Salesforce/CRM systems and ensure accuracy.
• Support reconciliation, reporting, and year-end tax summary communications.
