Job summary

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles is seeking an entry‑level Individual Giving Coordinator to support the growth of our donor program. You will maintain donor records, provide responsive donor service, and assist with campaigns and events.

The role focuses on donor cultivation, data entry, and stewardship activities, with opportunities to advance in a collaborative, mission‑driven team in Los Angeles County.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug test, background check, and driving record check.
• Must have reliable transportation and CA Driver’s License.
• Reliable internet connection required.
• Availability for occasional evenings or weekend fundraising events.
• Experience in fundraising or donor relations preferred.
• Experience with donor databases/CRMs such as Raiser’s Edge NXT or Salesforce preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to handle confidential donor information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate donor records and import data into Raiser's Edge; run reports and assist with fundraising activity.
• Provide donor stewardship—acknowledgments, communications, and outreach; support query responses and donor relations.
• Coordinate and support signature events, workplace giving, and other donor cultivation activities; manage communications and logistics.
