Zusammenfassung

Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) seeks a Coordinator, Donor Relations and Stewardship to support donor communications, recognition initiatives, and event stewardship. You will assist with proposal prep, donor messaging, and day-to-day operations under the Director, Development Operations.

You will coordinate acknowledgments, ensure accurate donor language, and collaborate with Curatorial and Registrations teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of museum or donor-based experience; fundraising experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Google Suite, Adobe Suite, Basecamp, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tessitura or equivalent donor software.
• Strong written communication and editing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Implements department process for donor recognition in Insider, ensuring accuracy and currency of gift information.
• Processes art-donor acknowledgment letters with Curatorial, Registration and Collections to confirm donor language and object details.
• Maintains donor recognition on campus, ensuring plaques and walls reflect donor information.
• Coordinates stewardship for galas and events, including thank-you letters, sponsor recognition, and gift tracking.
• Prepares fundraising proposals and research as needed.
• Partners with museum stakeholders to maintain donor data and recognition standards in Tessitura.
• Keeps stewardship records, templates, and processes organized and up to date.
• Writes art donor notes and letters, manages mailings, and assists daily stewardship needs.
• Provides administrative support to the Director, Development Operations.
• Assists with special projects as needed.
