Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles is seeking a dedicated volunteer coordinator/administrative support role. You will recruit and schedule volunteers, oversee site host and special events, and support ReStore programs while maintaining records in VolunteerHUB and NXT.

The role involves coordinating about a dozen events per year, with occasional evenings and weekends, and requires strong organization and communication skills along with a California driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug test, background check, and driving record check.
• Must have access to reliable transportation and CA driver's license.
• Must have reliable internet connectivity.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and volunteer management systems.

Responsibilities

• Volunteer Recruitment: handle inquiries, update lists and communications.
• Volunteer Programs: oversee site host, special events, and ReStore volunteers.
• Administrative: log hours in VolunteerHUB/NXT and prepare welcome packets.
• Events: assist with the annual volunteer appreciation event and ~12 other events.
