Job summary

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles is seeking a relationship-driven fundraising leader to grow corporate support and manage a team of three fundraisers. You will shape partnership strategy and work with corporate supporters to translate gifts into homes and resources for families.

The role offers a salary range of $80,000–$105,000 with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package, including health perks and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug, background, credit, and driving checks.
• Must have reliable transportation, CA Driver’s License, and insurance.
• Must have reliable internet connection.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow corporate support with a fundraising strategy and donor base expansion.
• Build and steward corporate donors; create compelling proposals and reports.
• Lead and coach a team of three fundraisers; track performance data.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Programs, Volunteer Services, and Habitat for Humanity International.
• Represent Habitat LA at meetings, events, and regional networking.
