Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is hiring a Lead Donor Service Representative at the Tilghman Store in Allentown, PA. You will greet donors, manage donations, assist with receipts, and help in the transportation and store operations as required.

The role requires physical ability, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. The position reports to the Production Manager and offers full-time hours in a non-exempt role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to operate basic equipment.
• Comfort handling donated goods and paperwork per training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods from donors and assist with receipts and categorization.
• Maintain courteous donor relations and provide information as needed.
• Sort donations and label containers for distribution.
• Complete daily donor logs and receipts accurately.
• Supervise site flow and assist the Production Manager as needed.
• Open/close facility and ensure security of building and equipment.
