Qualifications

• Must demonstrate superior customer service standards.
• High School diploma or GED required; relevant certifications where applicable.
• Able to work a flexible schedule and follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a plasma center with exposure to biological fluids.
• Must maintain donor confidentiality and information accuracy.
• Strong listening and comprehension skills.
• Ability to perform tasks under variable demands and changing conditions.
