Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a donor center technician in Spokane to greet donors and guide them through eligibility screening and registration. You will help verify health history, perform basic checks, and coordinate with medical staff to ensure a smooth start to the donation process.

The role requires careful data entry, confidentiality, and the ability to communicate clearly with donors and staff in a fast-paced center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors in completing the screening process following SOPs, including self-administered health history and basic medical questions
• Perform health screening tasks such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature and finger-stick hematocrit/total protein testing
