Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a front-desk donor center associate to greet donors, verify suitability, and guide them through screening procedures in accordance with SOPs.

You will assist with health history review, take essential measurements, answer questions about the donation process, and ensure accurate data entry in the donor information system while maintaining safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months clerical or customer service experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.
• Bilingual skills may be required at discretion of organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors with screening procedures per SOPs.
• Explain screening processes, health tests, appointment system, and center policies.
• Register and transfer donors as needed after training.
• Answer calls and route inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Monitor donor reactions during/after pheresis and notify staff.
• Record donor data accurately in the donor information system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure supplies are available.
• May be cross-trained in other areas as needed.
