Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Donor Center Associate in Gilbert, AZ to greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through the screening process.

You will assist with health history reviews, answer basic medical questions, and ensure accurate data capture in the center's donor management system while maintaining safety and confidentiality. Training is provided for responsibilities and potential cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months experience in a clerical or customer service position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist with screening procedures, health history review, and basic medical questions.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environment; adhere to SOPs, OSHA and HSE policies.
• May cross-train in other areas and may be required to use bilingual skills.
