Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of three months experience in a clerical or customer service related position.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures.
• Assist qualified donors in the screening process following SOPs.
• Perform health screening procedures such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature; finger stick for hematocrit and total protein.
• Educate donors on the donation process and answer questions accurately.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality, and a clean work environment.
