Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking an entry-level donor center associate at our Temple, TX location. You will greet donors, verify eligibility for plasma pheresis, and guide them through registration and screening procedures.

After training, you may educate donors about the donation process, policies, and health information. You will also maintain donor data in the electronic system and support center operations with a service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors in the screening process, including health history, medical questions, and basic health screening tests.
• Educate donors on the donation process and related information after training.
• Register and transfer donors as needed based on operational needs and training.
• Answer telephone calls and route to appropriate staff.
• Monitor donors for reactions during/after pheresis and notify staff as needed.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and follow HSE/OSHA policies.
