CSL Plasma Center in Florida is seeking a detail-oriented donor center assistant to greet donors, verify eligibility and guide them through registration for pheresis.

You will support screening, perform basic health checks, and document donor data in our electronic system while upholding SOPs, HSE and OSHA policies.

The role involves educating donors on the process, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining a clean, confidential work environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 months experience in clerical or customer service role in medical/health setting preferred.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Greet donors and verify eligibility for plasma pheresis.
• Assist with screening procedures and health measurements (BP, pulse, weight, temp).
• Educate donors on screening, processes, policies and nutrition as applicable.
• Register and transfer donors as needed after training.
• Answer phones and route inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Maintain donor data accurately in the electronic system.
• Follow SOPs, OSHA/HSE policies and maintain confidentiality.
