Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a Donor Center Support role in Rockford, TN. You will greet donors, guide them through screening, perform health checks, and assist with registration and data entry. After training, you may educate donors on plasma-derived products and center policies.

The position requires client-facing communication, adherence to SOPs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Will perform basic math calculations.
• Understanding and applying SOPs.
• Ability to communicate clearly with donors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process.
• Perform health screenings such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature; complete finger stick sample for hematocrit and total protein.
• Educate donors on the screening process and center policies after training.
• Register donors and transfer as needed based on center needs.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and center information.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed.
