Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Donor Center Registrar to greet donors, guide them through registration and screening, and perform basic health checks in a plasma collection environment. After training, you may educate donors about therapeutic products and center policies.

Role requires a high school diploma and at least 3 months in clerical or customer service roles, ideally in healthcare, with strong data entry skills and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 months in clerical or customer service roles, preferably in medical settings.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors in registration and screening procedures per SOPs.
• Perform health screenings (BP, pulse, weight, temp) and finger stick for hematocrit/total protein.
• Educate donors on screening process, tests, and center policies after training.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to appropriate staff; maintain confidentiality.
• Monitor donors during/after pheresis and escalate issues to staff as needed.
