Job summary

CSL is seeking a donor center staff member to greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through the screening process. You will work with qualified donors, perform basic health screenings, and ensure accurate data entry while maintaining confidentiality and safety protocols.

The role emphasizes strong clerical skills, customer service, and the ability to follow SOPs, with opportunities for cross-training and collaboration across the center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in clerical or customer service.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors in screening per SOPs.
• Assess self-administered health history and medical questions.
• Perform health screening procedures (BP, pulse, weight, temperature).
• Record donor data in the electronic system.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and confidentiality.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed.
