Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Explain screening process, health tests, appointment system and center policies to donors.
• Register applicants/transfer donors as needed after training.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system and maintain confidentiality.
