Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Front Desk/Donor Services Associate at our plasma collection center in Round Rock, TX. You will greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through registration and screening steps.

Under SOPs, you will perform basic health checks, document donor data in the donor information system, and assist with education after training. This role may involve cross-training and bilingual communication as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors with screening, health history, and basic medical questions.
• Record donor data accurately in the donor information system.
• Answer calls and refer questions to staff as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow SOPs.
