Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process, including basic questions and health history.
• Explain screening process, health tests performed, appointment system, center policies and nutrition to donors as trained.
• Register applicants and transfer donors based on operational needs and training.
• Answer telephone calls or route to appropriate staff.
