Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking an entry-level Donor Center Associate at our Gilbert plasma collection site. You will greet donors, complete registration, and assist with the screening process while ensuring donor safety and data accuracy.

In this role you will perform basic health checks, answer donor questions, and help with data entry and center operations. Training may include cross-training in other center areas and potential bilingual requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ months experience in clerical or customer service role, preferably in medical/health provider setting.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability during registration.
• Assist donors with screening procedures, including health history review and basic health checks.
• Explain screening process and center policies to donors and answer questions accurately.
• Register and transfer donors as needed after appropriate training.
• Answer incoming calls and route to the appropriate staff.
• Monitor donor well-being during and after pheresis and escalate issues to staff.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure supplies are available.
• Maintain donor, personnel and center confidentiality.
• May be cross-trained in other areas to meet business needs.
• Bilingual skills may be required at organization discretion.
