Job summary

CSL Vifor in Alabama is seeking a Donor Center Associate to greet donors and guide them through the screening process. You will perform basic health checks, assist with registration, and answer questions professionally and in accordance with SOPs.

Responsibilities include accurate data entry in the donor information system, maintaining safety and confidentiality, and collaborating with medical staff to ensure a smooth donation flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors in completing the screening process per SOPs and perform health screening procedures such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system and ensure confidentiality.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with HSE and OSHA policies.
• Cross-train as needed to support center operations.
