Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct initial registration procedures.

• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system and maintain confidentiality.
• Explain policies, provide information to donors, and answer questions as needed.
• May be cross-trained in other areas to meet business needs and may require bilingual skills.
