Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a donor center associate to greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through the screening and registration processes. You will support the donor experience by answering questions, recording data in the electronic system, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety policies.

Responsibilities include health history review, basic medical inquiries, and facilitating communication with medical staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months experience in clerical or customer service roles, preferably in medical or health provider setting.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability through registration procedures.
• Assist donors in screening process per SOPs, including health history, basic medical questions, and referrals to medical staff as needed.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system and maintain confidentiality of all information.
• Respond to donor inquiries, answer calls, and support center operations as needed.
• Monitor donor well-being during and after pheresis and escalate issues to staff.
