Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors with the screening process and health history checks.
• Explain screening tests, center policies and appointment system to donors.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure supplies are available.
• Cross-train in other center areas as needed.
• Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
