Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three months in clerical or customer service role, preferably in a medical setting.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guide through registration to verify donor suitability.
• Assist with screening procedures and health history assessments.
• Perform health checks (BP, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger stick for hematocrit and protein.
• Educate donors on the donation process, center policies, and nutrition as trained.
• Maintain donor data in the electronic information management system while following SOPs and safety policies.
