Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months experience in a clerical or customer service role, preferably in medical/health provider setting.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and guide them through registration and screening procedures.
• Assist with screening: health history review and basic checks (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature).
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system and maintain confidentiality.
• Answer donor questions and coordinate with medical staff as needed.
• Ensure a clean, safe, compliant work environment and follow SOPs and safety policies.
