Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a front desk donor center associate to greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through the screening process. You will assist with health history reviews and basic medical questions, ensuring accurate data entry and adherence to SOPs.

The role involves supporting donor screening procedures, maintaining a safe environment, answering phones, and potentially cross-training in other areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 months experience in clerical or customer service, preferably in healthcare.
• Basic math calculations ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability.
• Assist with screening procedures, including health history and basic questions.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system per SOP.
• Alert supervisors to donor flow issues and safety concerns.
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with HSE/OSHA policies.
• May cross-train in other areas as needed.
• Bilingual skills may be required at organization’s discretion.
