Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking an entry-level donor center associate to greet donors, assist with registration and screening, and ensure accurate data entry. You will help donors understand the screening process, health tests, and center policies while maintaining a professional and confidential environment.

You may participate in donor education about plasma products, support in answering donor questions, and cross-train in related duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 months of clerical or customer service experience in a medical/health setting.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and guide them through registration.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process per SOPs, including health history and basic questions.
• Explain the screening process and health tests to donors and address questions.
• Register donors and transfer information as needed based on training and center needs.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Monitor donors for reactions during or after the pheresis process and notify staff.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system.
• Maintain confidentiality of personnel, donor and center information.
• May be cross-trained in other areas and assist with additional duties as assigned.
• Bilingual skills may be required to meet business needs.
