Job summary

Pasado’s Safe Haven seeks a Donor Relations Associate to nurture mid-level and sustaining donors, ensuring personalized engagement and timely acknowledgments. You will bridge data and relationships, sharing impact messages with supporters and coordinating with Development, Finance and Communications teams.

Responsibilities include managing donor portfolios, supporting moves management with Major Gift Officers, maintaining accurate donor records, and helping staff at events to advance fundraising

Qualifications

• 3+ years in nonprofit development or related fields.
• 2+ years with CRM software (Virtuous, Salesforce, Raiser's Edge).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Passion for animal welfare and mission-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain donor relationships with mid-level donors.
• Coordinate donation data processing and acknowledgment.
• Engage with donors, volunteers, and the public at events.
• Support moves management with Major Gift Officers.
